NICOLA HAGEMAN
Co Founder
A Chartered Management Accountant, Nicola has a background in business financial appraisal and commercial management. After working for global organisations including Atos, Kier and P&O, Nicola set up her own business to enable small businesses to understand their finances better and maximise their profits. Nicola now has a team of 9 providing outsourced accountancy and business planning services.
JENNIE GILLAM
Co Founder
Jennie, a qualified accountant, is a successful entrepreneur, having quadrupled turnover at her company, Red Fish Accountancy, in less than five years, creating jobs for nine people. She has been involved in several high profile technology startup companies in their early days, providing financial support and advice. Jennie still works with many of these companies and their founders. Zoopla, Shutl, PeoplePerHour, Adzuna, Resident.ly, Sifted EU, SimplyCook and TVBeat number amongst past and current clients
CLARE HAYNES
Co Founder
Clare is a qualified bookkeeper and has owned her bookkeeping and payroll practice for over 15 years. Clare has successfully grown her business, particularly in the past five years, now employing six staff members. Clare has mainly concentrated her business growth over the last 12 months on the payroll side and currently also operates as a bureau looking after accountancy firms. This growth inspired Clare to look more thoroughly at payroll software alternatives to help shape the business model and future of the payroll bureau service of her business. Finding nothing entirely suitable for her business needs is what secured her involvement in FreshPay.
Sarah Davison
Customer support
Sarah has been working in payroll & HR for over 20 years, from running her own small self employed business to working for large corporations. She is CIPD qualified and has a bookkeeping diploma.
Sarah has a passion for horses and loves to ride as much as she can, socialising with her friends and family, reading and due to living on the beautiful Isle of Wight enjoying the wonderful beaches and country side.
