Payroll and bookkeeping specialist with over 15 years’ experience running and growing a payroll bureau, with a strong focus on scalable payroll services.

Sarah Davison Customer support

With over 15 years' experience in payroll and accounts, and two decades working across HR, spanning large organisations to running her own business, Sarah brings a rare breadth of knowledge to everything she does. She holds a Bookkeeping Diploma and a CIPD Level 7 qualification (the gold standard in HR) and is part of the FreshPay customer support team, where that wealth of experience really shows.

Outside of work, Sarah is happiest when she's outdoors, living by the coast and surrounded by countryside, she makes the most of every bit of it. She shares her days with a loyal dog by her side, a passion for horses, and the kind of life where you might just find yourself swimming in the sea alongside dolphins.

Zoe
Zoe Thompson Customer support

With over 15 years’ experience in customer-facing roles, 4 years in payroll administration, and an NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service, Zoe prides herself on delivering an excellent service with a people-first approach, creating positive experiences for customers.

Outside of work you’ll find her exploring castles and historical ruins with her family, training and competing in amateur strongwoman competitions, or unwinding with a good book, or sketchpad in hand. She is also a proud Harry Potter enthusiast, still waiting for her Hogwarts letter.

Alyson
Alyson Johnson-Smith Customer support

Alyson has worked in customer service for 25+ years and within payroll for 18 of those. She is also a mental health first aider. Alyson is a self-confessed Disney addict who loves to travel. She also enjoys gardening, being out in nature, reading and socialising.
