Employer Portal Invitation

`To send an invitation to an employer for the employer portal >> select company >> company details >> employer portal >> employer portal invitation >>

Enter the employer’s details >> send invitation >>

Send employer invitation

Once the invitation has been sent the employer should receive an email invitation (also ask them to check their spam)>> they will need to accept >> create password >> login >> once they had accepted your invitation will be updated

 They will then see all the payrun summaries (they will not be able to make changes, just view)

They can select the month week required >> view details >> once they are happy they can select

If they click on the employee’s icon on the left-hand side, they will be able to view all the employee details >>

Employee Details

If the click on the paper clip on the left-hand side, they will be able to view and download all the documents/reports >>

To remove someone from the employer portal, click on the employer portal tab for the company >> next o the email address click the bin
